Problem:
Responsible Training offers online certification courses for the workers primarily in the food & beverage industry. The problem was that current customers would lapse out of their system once the certifications expired. They needed a successful re-conversion solution for their customers who had upcoming cert expirations. The intent was to increase revenue and convert first-time customers into repeat buyers. Responsible Training was desperate for a real solution to keep their customers on board and increase the lifetime value every customer in their large database of well over 58,000+ contacts.
Solution:
After developing an easy to manage, long-term automated email strategy, I got my client setup in Active Campaign’s industry leading ESP & CRM software to power their email marketing efforts. For several of their top-selling courses I developed an automation that consisted of 3 separate dynamically generated emails, contact engagement tracking, and automatic segmentation capabilities. More repeat customers every day and no one has to lift a finger.
Result:
Responsible training is now automatically sending out effective expiration notice emails every day that are routinely bringing many of their customers back in for another. All-the-while their email lists are growing and being automatically segmented based on user-behavior and interests. Score!
