Problem:

Tapestry Audio was at a cross-roads. After developing a handful of successful products and amassing an email list of 30,000+ engaged contacts, the company was struggling to sell off their warehouse of inventory in order to make room for a company shift. Essentially, they needed to get more product sold, and fast.


Solution:

My solution was simple. Push promotional emails to the 30,000+ contacts and then further incentivize recent purchasers with exclusive cross-sell offers. After assessing which products would likely sell quickly, we intelligently segmented the audience groups to support a targeted promotional approach.

Result:

As soon as the promotional email flyers began landing in inboxes around the world, Tapestry saw the purchase orders flowing in again. As one promo would start to expire a new one was in the queue ready to further incentivize new purchases. The company went from selling a few products a week, to hundreds a week. Needless to say the power of email marketing not only revitalized their customer list, but also helped clear the shelves and inject quick cash back into the company. High-fives all around!
